I was amazed to have finished this episode without the walk through and found out the main character's identity. It took me quite some time before I discovered hidden spots on certain white walls where some inventory items were placed.
Occasional blood scenes were considered acceptable for me. At least, I didn't have to encounter the creepy psychos and their sick stories.
I understand that the author chose a particular font to complete the alien story. However, most text was ridiculously hard to read.
What'll be the fate of Venus?
This episode was more creepy than the first one. I even had to cut a dead person's finger and attack the serial killer. What the heck! :/
The computer was hard to operate to begin with. Who would know to type HELP as a command without any clue? There should be more information on how to enter the four numbers. Hint : Don't input the numbers shown on the screen. Use the ones you found on the photos. Also, it was impossible to know we could tell the computer to OPEN DOOR 1.
Some items were well hidden, such as the paper on the locker and the hidden chest behind the padded wall. I wouldn't have found them without the walk through. Not sure if I had missed something, I didn't know where to find the code to open the chest.
This episode was short. I totally missed the sharp metal thing in the bedroom. I knew I had to attach something to the rope and tried a fish bone. It didn't work. ;D
There might be something in the pumpkins, but I couldn't cut them open.
Graphic was creepy, but great for a trapped environment. The female death body in the locker scared me the most. :/
Instructions and notes were helpful in guiding the way through the cell and other rooms. The best part of this game was you could keep track of your progress through screen messages. c:
Turning correctly the four wheels to cause pressure overload was annoying! So, I didn't finish the game although I had collected everything. e.e
Whoa! There're so many puzzles to solve in this episode. It's easy to mix up the clues cos most of them were coloured similarly. Also, some puzzles were more difficult to solve than others because of their subtle visibility. Thanks to Mysterymadman69 for leaving a hint about the pool table below.
Some pointers to save players' time:
- Find two clues for the colour combination chest.
- Test tubes x heights.
- Stars x sizes.
- Windows x numbers.
I couldn't work out how to get an eight for the green digit. Four lockers and four letters on the stop sign? e.e
This episode was quite hard for me and I didn't enjoy it much.
I got the clue to solve the four-digit colour puzzle, but I couldn't figure out the last number until I watched the walk through. I thought it was a number derived from subtraction (5-3) rather than addition (5+3). :/
I was able to spotted some patterns under the potted plants. However, I didn't know there were buttons to press next to the drawers. There was no way to tell whether the sequence start from the top or the bottom. It'll be better if these buttons were placed directly under the potted plants.
I like the Halloween characters. c: Maybe I will find candies in the next episode.
Thanks! Maybe!
I've to say the the clue to the colour wheel wasn't clear enough to decode the sequence. The hatch key was well hidden. Since I've played other escape games of Selfdefiant, I had no problem solving the eight-digit chest code. Hint : alphabet sequence.
Why there was a birthday cake in this special army exhibition? x)
